An accomplished writer and advertising consultant, Josh Murray acted as Senior Editor of American Idol Magazine for two television seasons, overseeing editorial direction and on-set research for the official publication of the top-rated FOX talent series. He is the author of American Idol: The Journey to Stardom (Meredith Books) and a contributor to the successful Chicken Soup for the Soul anthology series. Josh amassed accolades for his work with Canada’s largest communications firm – including a Gold from the Canadian Marketing Association – and an Outstanding Achievement honor at the Interactive Media Awards in New York, NY. He currently heads the Vancouver-based digital promotions agency West Sixth Creative where valued clients include major telecommunications firms, ecological tour companies and small businesses on both sides of the 49th parallel. In addition, Josh’s first short film, Favourite People List, starring Gemini Award-winning actress Katharine Isabelle, was released in 2009. His second book, Beyoncé Smells like Unicorns and Other Tales of the World’s Pop Divas, was released exclusively on iTunes in July.
