Conor Gaughan in Founder and Managing Partner at Collective Conscience, a consulting firm focused on media and entertainment strategy. He was previously Executive Vice President at Sophia Holdings, LLC and Vice President at McCafferty & Company where he focused on the firm’s media, entertainment and communications investment banking business. Prior to joining McCafferty & Company, Conor was a consultant at Ferrazzi Greenlight, a strategic consulting firm where he led the Big Task business. Conor began his career at Banc of America Securities in the Media & Telecom group. Conor graduated with honors with a degree in Economics from Harvard University. He lives in Los Angeles, California, where he is active in a variety of social and non-profit organizations.
